Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on qualified orders of $75+ to residential addresses throughout the 48 continental United States.  

  • Orders under $65 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee.
  • Shipping rates valid on qualified ZukaBaby.com purchases only. Free shipping is only available for full-price purchases and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Additional product restrictions apply.
  • Shipping is available for orders with a residential delivery address in the lower 48 states. Shipping is currently not available to AK, HI, international addresses, business addresses or APO/FPO addresses. 
  • In stock orders typically ship within 5 business days. Drop-ship and custom orders may require additional shipping and delivery time. Occasionally, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause a delay with your order. If you have questions after checking your order status, feel free to call us!
  • All packages receive a Delivery Confirmation or Tracking Number.
  • If you have a PO Box, please make sure that you specify a street address in your order comments.

Damaged Packaging or Missing Shipments

ZukaBaby will safely package your order, ship it, and send you a tracking number. However, once an order has left our business, and has shipped out via USPS, UPS or Fedex standard carriers, ZukaBaby is not responsible for orders that are stolen, damaged in transit or lost in transit.
