ZukaBaby Part-Time Boutique Retail Sales Associate
ZukaBaby seeks a part-time Boutique Retail Sales Associate to assist with retail sales, customer support, store support, web order support and merchandising. Ideal candidate has a background in boutique retail with excellent sales, customer service & communications skills, along with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and an interest in learning about the latest children's products. Seeking a part-time hire for approximately 10-18 hours per week.
Areas of Focus
- Customer Engagement and Sales - Greet customers, identify customer needs, offer product suggestions, gift registry and personal shopping services.
- Product Education - Develop detailed knowledge of all product and service offerings; educate customers on ZukaBaby's unique offerings. Full training is provided.
- Merchandising and Store Support - Assist with tagging, displaying and restocking products, while maintaining a clean, organized store appearance.
- Web Order Fulfillment - Fulfill web orders for in-store pickup, delivery and shipping.
- Additional responsibilities as needed.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent sales, customer service and communication skills.
- Prior experience in retail sales and customer service. (Specialty boutique and merchandising experience is a plus.)
- Flexibility in work schedule; available on Saturdays and several weekdays as needed.
- Must be positive, friendly, service-oriented, curious, resourceful and self-motivated with an interest in children/children’s products.
